You’re more interesting than your feed.

Stop recycling trends. Answer one question a day, out loud, and post something that is actually yours. Three minutes, cut and captioned, posted where you are.

The questions that bring people: the thing you did (The run, the dinner, the thing you fixed. The part of your week nobody saw.) the thing you think (The opinion you only say to friends. The one that travels.) the thing you learned (Small is fine. The thing you would tell someone over coffee.)

TikTok and Instagram first, YouTube alongside, X and Threads for the words. Post to the ones you already use.

I am not a creator. Good. Nobody here is performing. You answer a question about your own week, out loud, for three minutes. The cut and the words are our job.

Does it feel like AI content? No. Every post is cut from what you said, in your words, with a specific only you would say. A post that could be anyone’s is sent back and rewritten.

Can I add music? Yes. Import a sound or pull one out of a video, set the volume, and let it dip under your voice.

One question a day. Talk for three minutes. Quant100 cuts it, writes the posts in your words, posts them everywhere, and the next morning shows you who it brought.
