Member Profile: Quinn Fukawa
Co-founder of QuAnt and CEO of QuAnt Realty, Quinn Fukawa has one clear goal: become the #1 player in real estate. Learn about his journey and relentless drive.
Quinn Fukawa doesn't do anything halfway. As co-founder of the QuAnt community and CEO of QuAnt Realty, he's on a singular mission: dominate the real estate industry.
While most agents are happy to close a few deals a year, Quinn is building an empire. QuAnt Realty isn't just another brokerage. It's a technology-enabled, community-driven approach to real estate that's disrupting traditional models.
"Real estate is one of the oldest wealth-building vehicles in history," Quinn explains. "But the industry has barely changed in decades. We're bringing modern technology, transparent systems, and a community-first approach to an industry that desperately needs innovation."
Quinn's goal isn't modest: he wants to be the number one real estate player. Not in his city. Not in his state. Number one, period.
His strategy combines volume through systems by building repeatable processes that scale beyond any individual agent. He's integrating technology to give QuAnt Realty an unfair advantage. And he's executing relentlessly, outworking everyone while working smarter.
As co-founder of QuAnt community, Quinn brings a unique perspective to The 100. He knows firsthand what it takes to build something from the ground up, and he's passionate about sharing those lessons with other members.
"The 100 is about genuine collaboration," Quinn says. "Everyone here is chasing big goals, and we're all learning from each other. The kid building robotics teaches me about innovation. The fintech guys show me new ways to think about systems. We're all bringing different skills to the table and getting better together."
Quinn's daily schedule reflects his intensity. He starts at 5 AM with his morning workout and planning. By 6 AM, he's doing market research and lead generation. 8 AM is client meetings and property showings. Noon is team management and systems refinement. 3 PM is The 100 community engagement and collaboration. 6 PM is deal analysis and strategic planning. And 9 PM is learning and skill development.
"Everyone wants to be successful, but most people aren't willing to do what it takes," Quinn reflects. "Being number one means you outwork, outsmart, and out-execute everyone else. It means saying no to distractions. It means building systems while everyone else is chasing quick wins."
Quinn sees The 100 as a place where ambitious people can push each other to new heights without the usual competition and gatekeeping.
"What makes this community special is that we're all rooting for each other. When someone else in The 100 wins, it motivates me to level up. When I figure something out, I want to share it so everyone can benefit. That's rare, and that's what makes this work."
For Quinn, real estate knowledge shouldn't be kept secret. He regularly shares market insights, deal structures, and lessons learned with other members who are interested in property investment.
Quinn is just getting started. With QuAnt Realty scaling and The 100 Experiment gaining momentum, his path to becoming number one is becoming clearer every day.
"Watch what happens when a hundred ambitious people decide to grow together instead of competing," Quinn says. "We're proving that you can be ultra-competitive in your industry while being genuinely supportive of your peers. That's the energy that builds empires."
