How often should founders post?
Once a day, for three minutes. Not because the algorithm wants it, but because a daily habit is the only kind that survives a launch week.
Why daily
The people who come from your posts arrive over weeks, from the fifth post, not the first. A weekly cadence takes a quarter to prove anything; a daily one takes a month. And a daily take is shorter, truer and less rehearsed than a weekly production.
Three minutes, not an hour
The cap is the point. Under three minutes you say the thing you actually think. Over it you start performing. A question that arrives at eight and a recording done by eight-oh-five is a routine; a content block on the calendar is a chore.
Skip without guilt
A missed day is a missed day, not a broken streak. Count takes, never consecutive days. The tenth take is the tenth take whether it took ten days or fourteen.
Free is three a week
If three a week is what you can do, do three. Post every one. The receipt will tell you which beats to keep.
