The founder’s daily content routine
Five minutes, same time every morning. Here is the whole routine, with what each minute is for.
Minute one: the question
It is waiting when you open the app, written from what you are building and what brought replies before. If it is wrong for today, ask for another; three a day, then it is tomorrow’s problem.
Minutes two to four: the take
Camera, voice, or typing. Say it the way you would say it to a friend. Up to three tries; keep the one you like.
Minute five: the posts
One per platform, each shown the way its platform shows it. Change a word if a word is wrong. Switch one to text only. Tap once.
The next morning: the receipt
Who came, by name, and which post brought them. Read it with coffee. Then the next question, a little better than yesterday’s.
