How to know which posts bring customers

Likes tell you who scrolled past. To know which posts bring customers you need three things most tools do not give you.

A link per post, tracked

Every post carries its own link to your site, so a click is attributed to the post and the platform it came from. Without this, every visit is "direct".

Replies by name

Who replied, not how many. A reply from someone who matches your customer is worth a hundred likes, and you can only know if you can see the name.

Sign-ups and follows, attributed

When someone signs up or follows, record which post brought them. After a month the beats that bring customers are a short list, and it is yours.

Then ask more of what worked

The point of the receipt is tomorrow’s question. If the customer’s words bring sign-ups and opinions bring only replies, ask for the customer’s words more often.
