Posting to every platform at once
The mistake is cross-posting the same text everywhere. The fix is one recording, written six ways, each in its platform’s shape, all going out together.
What changes per platform
LinkedIn: 600 to 1300 characters, paragraphs, the hook alone on the first line, the video or words alone. X: under 280, one idea. Threads: under 500, conversational. TikTok and Instagram: a caption under 150 to 220 characters with three specific tags, the video always. YouTube: a title under 100 characters, no clickbait.
What stays
The specific. Every version carries the same number, name or quote, because that is the part that is yours.
Text only where it belongs
A video on LinkedIn is not always the right call; the words alone often travel further. Decide per post. Keep the video for the platforms that are video.
One tap, then the receipt by platform
Everything goes out at once or at the time you pick. The next morning the receipt shows which platform brought the clicks and which brought the replies, so you post more where it works.
